  • South Korea dog meat farmers protest outside the presidential office in Seoul against plans to ban their trade. Banner reads "The right to eat comes before anything else! Guarantee fundamental rights, the right to survival, and freedom to choose occupation" A word play on "fundamental rights" translates as "dog fundamental rights," inadvertently highlighting the possibility that dogs have rights too.
